Terms of Service

Last updated: June 27, 2026

These terms govern your use of Quotly and the services on our website. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you accept them.

The service

Quotly is an online marketplace connecting clients with local professionals. We provide the platform but are not a party to any contract concluded between a client and a professional.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Quotly lawfully and not to post false, misleading, illegal or infringing content, nor to misuse other users' data.

Requests, quotes and bookings

Clients post requests and receive quotes; professionals respond with offers. Any agreement, price, payment and performance of the work are solely between the client and the professional.

Professional subscriptions

Some professional features require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms are shown before purchase. During the pre-launch phase, no paid service is yet available.

Reviews and content

You keep your rights to the content you submit but grant us a licence to display it on the platform. Reviews must be honest and based on a genuine experience.

Liability

Quotly acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of services provided by professionals. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited accordingly.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the law. You may close your account at any time.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any question, contact contact@quotly.es.
